Capital Gold understands the importance of attracting and maintaining an experienced, well-trained and motivated work force. For that reason, we are committed to providing ongoing educational development and training sessions for our employees. Most recently, employees attended an introductory course in the use of ‘Mine Sight’ mine engineering software by Mintec of Tucson, Arizona. The training was conducted at the El Chanate mine site using laptop computers and full individual software licenses. Each participant was instructed by the expert Mintec representative how to perform specific ‘hands-on’ practical operations using our mine’s data. Our people learned to how to navigate in the software, how to update and use the ‘blast hole data base,’ how to input and manipulate survey data, and how to use to software for reporting of production advances, and planning of future production.
